It might be time to SAY GOODBYE to Miss Miley Cyrus because there's a new Disney Pop Princess in town and her name is Selena Gomez. Gomez, who got the breakout role of a lifetime on Disney's hit show "The Wizards of Waverly Place," has quite a bit in common with Cyrus...including taste in men! Gomez is rumored to be dating Cyrus's supposed ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas. Now, reps for both Gomez and Jonas won't confirm the rumored teen love affair, but I think I should point out that neither is denying it either. So, you do the math. In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest, Gomez would only say that Jonas is "an amazing guy. Anybody would be very lucky to date him." And I'm pretty sure that "anybody" is probably Selena Gomez. And of course what would this saga be if there weren't a little mean girl action? Well, youtube video of Miley Cyrus and her BFF Mandy openly mocking Selena Gomez for a shirt she once wore makes this high school drama come full-circle. Personally, I think Miley Cyrus is great and I see where she is coming from... what young girl wouldn't be threatened when her super star ex-boyfriend replaces her with a newer, fresher version?
On another note, I'd like to mention that the lovely and talented Selena Gomez got her start on a show I never, ever thought I'd mention. Yes, folks, Selena Gomez began her trek to stardom on the world-famous "Barney and Friends." Who would've that that hanging out with a big purple dinosaur could land you the job and guy of your dreams? It's safe to say that anything is possible in Hollywood.
Miley Cyrus New Album Breakout
All the latest dish on Miley Cyrus' latest musical installment. The teenage triple threat seems poised to further her takeover of the entertainment world with her new album BREAKOUT. The album's release date is July 22nd but Miley's single "7 Things" is already getting serious radio play across the country and is currently sitting pretty at number three on the Billboard Charts.
Similar to her Hollywood Records label mate Hillary Duff, Miley Cyrus is a raging success in the highly lucrative tween market. Apparently kids these days have all the cash.
The fifteen year old star who was born with the name Destiny Hope Cyrus became an overnight sensation when she landed the gig on Hannah Montana. Following the success of the show, Cyrus went on to release an album in which she sang eight songs from the Disney hit.
The sales of her album and tickets for her tour landed her on Forbes' Top 25 under 25 list in 2007. So, it was only natural that the next step is Hannah Montana-THE MOVIE. The release date is tentatively scheduled for May 2009.
Now, Miley's incredible success has made her an obvious target for the tabloids. And her recent Vanity Fair cover, shot by famed photographer Annie Lebovitz was only fueled the fire. The shots of Miley wearing only a sheet left some parents outraged. Cyrus and Lebovitz both apologized for what seemed to be a misinterpretation of what I think is a beautiful portrait.
Personally, I think Miss Miley deserves a break---what other fifteen year old do you know could seamlessly host an event like the CMT Awards?
Vanessa Hudgens - Identified
All the info on Vanessa Hudgen's newest album. It's called 'Identified' and according to Hudgens, the songs are more soulful and jazzy than her earlier tracks, and the album has a vibe that's new to her.
A coming-of-age song, 'Gone with the Wind' was leaked mid-June on YouTube, weeks before the album's July 1st release. But the planned debut single for the 19-year-old's sophomore album is called 'Sneakernight'. The colorful music video has already been completed and showcases V-H dancing around town in --what else -- but her favorite hot sneakers.
This album is a follow-up to her debut album released in 2006 called 'V' and she's planning an international tour that I am sure will be coming to a town near you.
Of course, you can catch Vanessa in High School Musical 3 hitting theaters this October. She recently revealed during a HSM shoot that her character gets accepted into Stanford for the Senior Year trilogy. Looks like she is not just a pretty face. And Hudgens will also be appearing in the big-screen comedy 'Rock On' in 2009 also starring Lisa Kudrow and David Bowie. Rock On indeed. Hudgens received the Teen Choice Awards Breakout Singer last year and she ranked in the 2008 100 Most Beautiful for People Magazine.

Forget about U2 and Coldplay---it was the Jonas Brother's whose insane popularity made them the most requested guest EVER on The Oprah Show. Apparently Oprah's email inbox received almost 5000 emails begging that brothers appear on her show. After their appearance on the media queen's daytime show, its safe to say that these guys have solidified their status as card-carrying members of Disney's tween pop phenomenon. But their new album "A Little Bit Longer, which is soon to hit stores, is being called a blast for youngsters AND their parents. The album is getting rave reviews from listeners of all ages-even Rolling Stone loves what the Brothers are putting out. Who would've thought that bubblegum pop could pack a punch? The Jonas' co-wrote every song and even take a risk on a track entitled "Video Girl," which is a rant on wannabe starlets in the entertaiment industry. The Jonas brothers are slated to perform at the MTV VMA's in September and are currently touring with Disney pal Demi Lovato. So with all their success, it's only natural that there'd be some harsh critics. And the critics are wondering if maybe the Jonas Brother fever is wavering a bit, due to the fact that their tv movie only only drew in 2.9 million for a Saturday night re-run. Personally, I think they're probably safe...after all, who else do you know who has enough fans to make a serious impact on oprah Winfrey?

High School Musical 3: Senior Year Movie Preview
Now if you didn't get enough from our favorite teenagers in High School Musical One and Two---not to worry. The celebrity cast that consists of Vanessa Hudgens, Ashely Tisdale, Corbin Blue and teenage heartthrob Zac Efron is wrapping production on the Third Enstallment of the ridiculously successful movie franchise.
Now let's get real - it goes without saying that Disney has tapped into something incredible with this group of young actors but seriously - the high schoolers could be watching grass grow in the third film and it would still rake in the millions!
High School Musical Three finds high school seniors Troy and Gabriella, who by the way are played by real-life couple Efron and Hudgens, as they deal with the prospect of being separated after graduation!
You can expect an elaborate production full of dancing and singing galore from the original cast, as well as three new cast members who are being called the "sophomores." Does anyone smell a fresh batch of High School Music Makers?
Well, anything is possible at this point. However, we are told that the original cast is planning to hang up their East High School gear and move on to other ventures. Efron has already gone on to star in film's like last summer's blockbuster hit Hairspray. And of course, no ones forgotten about his girlfriend-Vanessa Hudgen's nude photo scandal in 2007.
High School Musical Three is set to hit theaters on October 24th of this year.

The first single off of the cd has already been well-received by audiences. Get Back debuted on the Billboard US Hot Chart at number-43 and 16 on the Hot Digital Songs list, even scoring an awesome number-6 on iTunes. The Get Back music vid is seriously fresh, fun and funky. Lovato is shown rockin with her band from sun-shining day to city-light night on a building rooftop just under the Manhattan Bridge. The emotion-driven lyrics are quite realistic and easy for anyone whos been through a break-up to understand. Demi sings about missing someone-special and wanting to get back to the old days together. But dont be mistaken here Lovato is certainly not talking about a sappy lovetale this song is full of upbeat rock, even matching the theme with a cool black-and-red stylish getup. Just before Get Back debuted after the premiere of the Cheetah Girls: One World film on the Disney Channel, the 16-year-old performed the single back in August live for Good Morning America.
Lovato already hit musical success with some of the singles she was part of for the Camp Rock movie on Disney with This Is Me climbing all of the way to number-2 on the Hot Digital Songs Chart. She also has been quite busy traveling on the road with the Jonas Brothers for their tour. And according to reports, the brothers co-wrote some of her songs on the album and even sang a duet with the actress-singer. Lovato was quoted as saying that she tends to write more intense lyrical songs and the J-Bros helped her with some of the more catchy hooks. Dont Forget, Demis first studio album, is set for a September 23rd release date.

Were filling you in on some of the gossip surrounding Miley Cyrus and hopefully clearing the air for the singing and acting superstar as well.
After industry gossip revealed that Cyrus was consistently showing up late to set on the Hannah Montana show, rumors began circulating town that Miley wanted off the show. Plus, even more reports of bad attitude from the 15-year-old warranted stories that Cyrus got jealous of her rising co-star Emily Osment. However, Miley fought back and told People Magazine that shes fully committed to Hannah Montana and not going anywhere. In fact, shooting for the 3rd season of the Disney favorite is already in full swing. Even a Disney rep spoke out to media, stating that Miley is always on-time for work and that the entire crew, including co-star Osment, is like a big family.
Long gone are the days of the media reporting that Nick Jonas or Jesse McCartney is connected to Miley. Those romance rumors have been replaced by talks of the Hannah-Montana star hooking up with fellow-actor, Cody Linley. In fact, the gossip mills have been churning out that the duo is flip-flopping support sessions. More specifically, 18-year-old Linley is set to attend Mileys b-day bash and shes planned to cheer on Cody at a Dancing with the Stars taping. And we cant leave out that the H-M stars have been reportedly seen leaving Codys apartment together. Unfortunately, were still left guessing, since all that theyre saying is Dont kiss and tell.

Hey guys! Coming to you from our Beverly Hills studio, Im Dana Ward with the latest dish on two of your favorite stars.
After being photographed all summer and into the fall getting cozy together at various industry events, Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez are opening up about their quote-unquote relationship status. Gossip blogs have been off-the-charts in saying that these two teen-stars are hooked-up as lovebirds. Even a more recent TV Guide interview with Gomez has her saying that shes getting to know Nick. However, now the duo insists separately that they are both single. 16-year-old Nick confirmed with E! News that he is not tied to anyone.
And on the other end, Selena reportedly posted online in mid-October that Shia LaBeouf is her crush and told a national media outlet that shed love to get him a cameo on Wizards of Waverly Place. She even shouted out Let Shia know Im available on the red carpet for the St. Jude Childrens Research benefit. Then, get this, one week later, the 16-year-old supposedly told US Weekly that anyone would be really lucky to date Nick Jonas and that shes not that lucky and not dating him.

Ladies, beware. This next segment on Clevver TV might cause symptoms of a racing heart and shortness of breath. I'm Dana Ward with the update on Hollywood heartthrobs Zac Efron and the Jonas Brothers. We're thinking were gonna let those pretty "girlfriends" sit this one out.
Since it's 1 versus 3, we'll begin with Zac Efron. This guy has been singing and acting out his heart in theatre since he was barely 11. Co-starring roles in major TV-shows led to bigger spots in ever-popular movies which ultimately led to his current star status. Zac rocked out for the High School Musical series of course, as well as in the remake of the popular musical, Hairspray. He also acted in 'Me and Orsen Welles' and just finished up playing a main role in '17 Again'.
With often tanned skin and ice-blue eyes, the media is certainly eating up this clean-cut, stylish 20-year-old. Zac was ranked number-2 on TV-Guide's Top-10 Teen Countdown in 0-8 and number-26 on Entertainment Weekly's 30-Under-30 actors list. Efron was also named by a top international celebrity broker as 1 of 5 young dealmakers to watch in the next year, even talking about a possible link between Efron and Pepsi, since both are synonymous with pop culture. Either way, good things are definitely in the making for Zac.
While Efron has had great luck with acting and some good success on the music charts with Disney, the Jonas Brothers do-it-all as well but the pro focus actually switches. With their growing fan base, Kevin, Joe and Nick have been acting in Disney Channel projects like the Camp Rock series and their self-titled show, but the trio opts to zone-in on their musical talents.
The newest album from the J-Bros, 'A Little Bit Longer,' immediately stole the show with the first 6 pre-album-release singles all making it in to the iTunes number-1 position. In fact, the popular group reportedly even rocked it as the first band to ever have 3-albums on the iTunes Top-10 at once. Plus, the industry and fans have been praising the guys for their boyishly good looks topped with unkept dark locks. Rolling Stone definitely took note and featured them as the youngest peeps on the mag cover ever.
Plus, with their successful tours, Billboard topping tracks and the ability to perform AND write the lyrics, the Jonas Brothers and their classic with funky flair style continue to strengthen a connection with the music world.

Listen up ladies, hollywoods hottest hunk is a one woman man. Mr. Zac Efron was just featured on E!s True Hollywood Story where both his career and relationship status were highlighted. His former Summerland Co-star Lori Laughlin had this to say about the couple: the fact that he and Vanessa have been together for so long speaks to who he is as a person. HE tends to be that one woman guy and just focus on that; again hes not a player, not someboday whos taking advantage of his new-found fameIm sure many girls are throwing themselves at him. He seems to be very level headed about the whole thing. I think wed all have to agree with that.
Efron and Hudgens have been dating for quite awhile, and Zac seems to be a bigtime romantic. Just last month, Efron shelled out a whopping FIFTY THOUSAND dollars for a house warming gift for his favorite girl-did I forget to mention it came in the form of a LouisVuitton trunk? We hear that Vanessa really loved the pricey item, but would absolutely never purchase it for herself. If thats not enough, he was also recently spotted taking flowers to Vanessas doorstep for her birthday. Hes like a real-life knight in shinning armor.
